We may request a copy of your photo ID or passport upon booking or arrival.Pay at tention to the quiet hours which arebetween 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:30. This is a quite residential area, please respect the neighbors and try not to make any loud noises.We provide complimentary coffee and a few other this to welcome you, we don't restock them or provide any meals.Please do not dispose toilet paper, sanitary napkins or any other item into the toilet bowl, use the relevant bin instead. Greece is not equipped with proper sewage systems and this will cause clogging which is not pleasant for anyone!
ECO. Please make sure all doors and windowsare closed when using the AC and always remember to switch off lights, appliances and the heater before you leave the apartment.Rubbish disposal. Please take out the rubbish daily and use the green collection bins in the neighborhood. You can use the blue ones for recycle.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The owners are very friendly and helpful with any questions / advice. They provided a long list of sights / beaches / monasteries / restaurants to visit. The location is very nice, close to the old town of Rhodes, main road, supermarket, beaches. But at the same time it is far enough from the noise. The house is big with a large garden to relax in with nice areas with shade of olive trees. Everything is well maintained and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with oven / microwave / coffee machine / Nespresso / water cooker / toaster / mixer. Towels and sheets were available on request, we could just send a message to the owner and it was provided. It felt like staying in the home of good friends, we are very happy with our stay and can recommend it to others looking for a nice and quiet environment. Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality.

Very clean and cozy apartment with a big kitchen and a beautiful garden. Everything was completely according to the pictures and descriptions. Super warm-hearted and friendly hosts made our visit fantastic. Highly recommend!
