The place was clean, with good facilities and very quiet. Compared to other places in town, this place offers way more for the value of money you pay. Would definitely use it again and strongly recommend it!

I stayed here already twice, each time a couple of nights, perfect for work, but also nice and cute and homey. It's self-check-in so you get a message with the key-code and instructions and worked flawlessly. Brand new building, everything very new and also clean and well kept. Location - perfect, next to the train station, but the studio faces the other way, windows soundproofed - no noise from the street. Parking spot available every time. Street food options and just next to Billa, Lidl, Sushi place and literally on top of DM drogerie (same building). Kitchen well equipped, nice bathroom design. Bed is large and super comfortable :) Really enjoyed both times and also managed to get a lot of work done :) Something about the new, clean and quite energy helped me focus... And also had a few nice walks around town. Best value for money in town and my favourite place to stay in Asenovgrad. If you need an invoice - contact the facility and they will arrange (I speak Bulgarian so no idea what other languages they speak). And I used my own mobile data for internet so I don't know if the WiFi is good, but I think every studio has a separate connection and code.

The building is new. The apartment was clean and comfy with big spaces. The location is great, close to shops and stores.
