We stayed at Punta D'Acu Country Resort for three nights during our week-long trip to Sardinia and absolutely loved every moment. From the moment we arrived, Cristina went above and beyond, she was incredibly welcoming and provided us with thoughtful advice and helpful local insights throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and private, offering the perfect space to relax. The pool area was equally pristine and peaceful, making it a great place to unwind. One of the biggest,and most delicious, surprises was discovering that Chef Don specializes in American BBQ. As visitors from the U.S., we were excited to try it and we ended up dining at the resort every night! The food exceeded all expectations: juicy ribs, tender brisket, perfectly cooked steaks, flavorful burgers, and handmade pastas that rivaled any we had on the island. Don, along with Caticia and Ivana, made every meal feel special. Their warmth and attention to detail created a serene and welcoming dining experience that we truly appreciated. Although we only had breakfast at the resort once, it was hands down the best of our trip. Crispy bacon, fully cooked scrambled eggs, a great selection of juices, cereals, and fresh pastries, it was the perfect start to our day. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and can’t wait to return! If we lived on the island, we would definitely be regulars at the restaurant.
