The Beach Hut is an absolute beachfront hut with a double-sized futon on foam bed with a mosquito-net and a private terrace with lagoon and sea views. It also includes a private open-air shower, cooking facilities and a shared toilet at the back of the property.

The Reef Hut is an absolute beachfront hut with a double sized bed with a mosquito-net. The terrace has lagoon and sea views looking over the public BBQ area on the beach. It also includes a private open-air shower, cooking facilities and a shared toilet which is located 30 metres back, at the rear of the property.

Low Tree House - Triple Room - enter dates to see room photos

The Lower Tree House is located on the absolute beachfront and has a double-sized bed with mosquito -net and an additional single-sized bed with mosquito-net. The kitchen area is a bit larger than the other huts, with the open air shower out the back. This hut is the largest and is located below the Upper Tree House. There is access to the shared toilet facility, at the rear of the property.

The Upper Tree House is located above the Lower Tree House and is accessed via stairs. It has a double size futon on foam bed with a mosquito-net. The private terrace has lagoon and sea views through the coconut trees. It has kitchen facilities and the private open air shower is downstairs behind the Lower Tree House.

Garden Unit - Triple Room - enter dates to see room photos

This Garden Unit is attached to the main house near the rear of the property, about 40 metres from the beach. It has an en suite shower and toilet, screened by a curtain. There is a double-sized bed and an additional single-sized bed, both with mosquito-nets. It includes kitchen facilities and a private terrace facing the hills to the east. There are lagoon and sea views looking over the yard and garden.

Beautiful place right at the beach! Never spend so much time at my hotel - the perfect view! A nice kitchen and free bikes to use, has everything you need

This property is right on the beach overlooking the most beautiful lagoon. We loved snorkeling and stand up paddling straight in front of the hut. The accomodation is simple and rustic but it is priced accordingly. We had no issues with mosquitos in the bottom treehouse hut and were provided with a great mosquito net over a comfortable bed. Cooking meals was easy with kettle, toaster and a gas cooker and a good fridge. The shared toilets were kept clean and were conveniently placed. Overcast weather meant the rustic solar showers were cold but we were ok with this. The highlight of our time was the lagoon tour provided by Matthias. It was an amazing full day where we experienced everything at our leisure. Hire a car or a scooter to sightsee.

This was a real immersive experience of Aitutaki. Location was right on the beach within walking distance of resorts for meals. The lagoon trip felt like we were in a David Attenborough documentary
