We were booked on a different villa due to a damage. But no problem: nice stay. Really amazing staff - very friendly! Ask for Goodluck: he took us to a sightseeing in Arusha, which is a good thing for the first day there.

Very nice and creatively designed rooms and general space. Very friendly staff!! They helped us with ordering pizzas late in the evening when we arrived. The breakfast was amazing. And this all for a low price. Warmly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Serengeti Villa – unfortunately only for one night, but it’s the kind of place where you’d happily stay longer. The rooms and facilities are simple, yet beautifully and tastefully designed, with lovely African touches that give it real charm. What really stood out was the incredibly warm and friendly welcome – we felt immediately at home and genuinely cared for. We also had a delicious dinner there, and to our surprise, our laundry was done, and even our shoes were cleaned! All in all, this was a truly lovely experience and the perfect place for our first night in Tanzania. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We loved our stay in Serengeti villa, Frank was really nice and assisted us with everything we needed. We wanted to extend another day here but it was fully booked, so Frank helped us with another booking in a sister hotel and even arranged for our bags to be delivered there fuss free. He also arranged for our transport back to Nairobi at no extra cost. The rooms were clean and comfy too :)
