The staff was very friendly. Reception was good. We only stayed there for one night after our ten days Safari through some of the most fascinating National Parks in Tanzania (organized and arranged by the wonderful Tanzania Pilgrimage Safari Team), before a very early morning flight to Zanzibar. At the time we made our reservation they had offered the Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for free, which was part of the reason we booked with them. That had changed by time our journey actually took place - they now charge somewhere between 15 and 30 USD - cant remember the exact fare - for the taxi (which is a fair rate, it is still an about half-hour ride). However, they double-checked the reservation, and decided to let us have the transfer for free! Thanks a lot for that!

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were kind and the food was soooo delicious. I would like to stay again. Thank you so much.
