Would highly recommend. Host was welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond. Excellent cooked breakfast. Would definitely book there again if in the area.

Gorgeous property; very cosy and peaceful. Alison was absolutely lovely and so accommodating, and the breakfast was incredible. Comfy bed also!

Really nice B&B with clean rooms and very sweet host. 20 min walk from town centre.

Well located pretty accommodation near to Arundel and host was very welcoming and helpful with knowledge of the area. We had a lovely very spacious room, which was clean and comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. Plenty of milk tea and coffee in the room. Full English breakfast, made to order, was very tasty and plenty of everything, with nice touches like jugs of juice (rather than a glass). Large garden with plenty of room to sit in the evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ans would recommended this accommodation
