Property was in a very good location , private beach with great view and clear water, we were able to use the sauna at night which was a highlight of the stay. Staff was super nice and helpful , they accommodated us for an extra night without problem . Restaurant food was also simple and tasty .

Beautiful, secluded and quiet location, friendly and helpful service. An excellent restaurant- breakfast was really good. Everything clean and worked. Beach is beautiful and nice to swim from.

Rather funny place with an end-of-the-world feel. Great if you want to escape from it all. Decent restaurant. Private sandy beach; the swimming was fresh but fun. Bringing your own wine and snacks may be a good idea.

The best thing in the hotel is a terrace right at the beach, with nice seating area and a bar serving cocktails. Unlike nearby hotels in the area, here you can enjoy Sevan lake in comfort. Staff members are very friendly and nice people. Breakfast and dinners are beyond expectations
