Whether he's helping with local tips or simply sharing a warm smile, his presence brings a sense of calm and care you rarely find. Then there’s Sussik—the absolute spirit of hospitality. She brings joy into every space she enters, always one step ahead of what you might need, making you feel not just welcome, but genuinely seen. The Barman deserves his own chapter—equal parts mixologist, storyteller, and magician. Whether you're sipping a perfectly balanced cocktail or a warm local infusion, every drink comes with a side of charm and connection. And finally, Sevada, the owner. His vision is palpable in every corner of this retreat. You can tell this place was built with love—love for the lake, the land, and for creating a sanctuary where people can truly exhale. Its so nice place I like to stay 2 days more but bcs of the weather we decided to go Location it was very good and with very nice views and so kindly owner and manager(thank you david) at the property they are really helpfully to guests I hope to see this company again in summer time 👍❣️👍

The camping concept, location right at the beach, various sit out areas, cleanliness make the property really attractive and unique. The food at the restaurant is also delicious.

The glamping hotel is generally well-equipped and has everything you need. The glamping tents are very nice and everything is quite new. We really liked the rooms and they were very comfortable. There are sun loungers and relaxation spots everywhere, with a stunning view of Lake Sevan. The food was good to okay, but a bit pricey compared to other places in Armenia. The cocktails and drinks were fantastic though. The hotel has great potential to be a real hidden gem, but unfortunately, there were a few things we didn’t like, mainly related to the staff.

Me and my wife recently stayed at Comuna Sevan, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The location is truly spectacular, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding nature. The tents were fantastic—cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was a highlight, with plenty of shezlongs, umbrellas, and a bar, all with stunning views of the lake. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The food was quite good, with BBQ being a standout on the menu—delicious and satisfying. Breakfast was tasty, though I found the portions a bit small for my liking.

Wonderful place, we spent 2 nights here with our 4 years old daughter. The pool is amazing and there is a direct access to the lake. I would recommend this place for young people without kids, however we enioyed it very much. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is excellent. The tent is very comfortable, with huge bed, AC and refigerator.

Location is amazing. The whole setup is very well done and comfortable. Felt very safe and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and kind. Rooms were great with the best views! Added benefit of a swimming pool & pool bar was well enjoyed.
