Clear instructions were provided to us using the booking.com app (make sure you download it as the owner is rigid in communication and although provides a direct contact number they informed us that booking.com app was their only way of communication). Even though the studio is small and lacks space, it does have all the essentials such as good air conditioning, a kettle, a coffee machine, a washing machine, an iron, a microwave, a hob and a fridge as well as the necessary kitchen items. When you finalise your reservation you can see the photos for the studio and they are exact as to what you are getting. The view from the balcony is of the city roof tops with partial sea views. The studio is walking distance to the beach. The bathroom has everything you need however the door to the shower is on the small size. It’s okay if you’re not packing extra weight. Recommendations: Walk to the port in Benalmedena. Check out Torremolinos which is 15mins in the car.

The location and equipment of the apartment are very good. The cleanliness is poor and there are cockroaches.

Good value for the money. Nice location near beaches and shops bars and restaurants, nice view and pretty quiet. Small but well arranged for short stays for a person on their own.
