The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park, although €12 was directly underneath the hotel and safe The hotel was clean, had a good breakfast and brilliant facilities. Free kids activities which was greatly appreciated Would definitely stay again

Staff on reception were incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable, good first impression. Room was very comfortable, plenty of room for the family and beds were great. Good value for money. Good location as we could walk to centre of Arras in 10 minutes. Good value for money with breakfast included.

The staff were very kind, the rooms were clean, the beds excellent - we all slept very well - and the breakfast was tasty (a hundred times better than HIEX in the UK), the location was perfect - near to the station but very quiet. Ten minute walk to Carrière Wellington in one direction and town centre in the other, easy to get in and out with the car. The rooms were perhaps a little on the dark side, the WiFi was temperamental and there was no milk to go with the coffee (instant), but it would be churlish to moan at such an excellent price (we stayed during the first week of April, just before the French state schools in the area broke up and the week before UK state schools, so hardly any tourists, in the hotel or in the town itself). Would happily stay again.

The Staff were fantastic from check in to departure. The rooms was everything we requested. In Arras city centre, it was a real friendly atmosphere with people eating and drinking socially.

Excellent facilities. Extremely clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, helpful and attend to anything promptly. Breakfast is plentiful, with good selection.
