The warmest of welcomes from Maria João & Malfada set the tone for our glorious visit and overnight stay. A very cool, comfortable and inviting property. Our room - Quarto Azul overlooked the pool. Very comfy, light & bright. Everything we needed. Very responsive water temperature & pressure in the shower. Plenty of towels plus robes too. In the evening we enjoyed sitting outdoors with a glass of wine watching all the birds. Breakfast was an excellent continental style - perfect to our tastes and many lovely tasty local products on offer. We took our coffee onto the varanda. This is a place home from home and we hope to return again to enjoy the peace and pampering. Just a note - across the road from the hotel, infront of the band stand, there is a really gem. República do Petisco - what a find. Excellent service, food and wines but you must book ahead of your stay as they get super busy.

Location is perfect for getting to know Arraiolos. We could easily walk around the whole village and quickly return to our room if we were tired or needed anything. The terrace, on the front, has lots of sun from 12 PM on. Very pleasant. Breakfast was also great. And the staff was very professional and nice.
