The staff and the reasturant staff is professional! Very easy to get in to Bilbao or travel with train to San Sebastian or Bermeo! Tho the Pensión is located around the corner from trainstation. And 1 of the busstops just outside the Pensión.

Could park nearby and 2 minute walk to train station. Train trip was 25 minutes into center of Bilbao.
