The fine print
Please note that the hotel offers return transfers to and from Rarotonga Airport for NZD$50 return per person. You must provide their flight details, including arrival and departure times, at the time of booking by completing the Special Request box. This is very important to ensure the transfer shuttle will be at the airport to meet you and also because the hotel’s reception is not open 24 hours a day.Please note that all requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Additional charges apply at 50% of the nightly room rate. Guests are welcome to contact the property for more information using the contact details on the booking confirmation.We process deposits 5-7 days from booking, there will be a fee of 4% added to all cc payments to cover the bank processing.

Good location in Arorangi, nice hut rooms, friendly staff, presented with nice breakfast platter on day one, also got an early check in from 11am.

Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort.
