It was perfect for an overnight stay in Armidale. Spotless , well-appointed room , with private bathroom, air-conditioning , TV, Fridge , microwave , tea and coffee making facilities and a private car park. Alvin the manager was a super nice guy and gave me some great information on where to eat .

Despite it not being located within walking distance to the town center, it was only a few hundred meters to great cafés, takeaways, and restaurants, a bottle shop, petrol station, post office, chemist and other amenities. The studio apartment was very well presented with everything you needed, including a washing machine and dryer.

Exceptionally clean, greeted on arrival and shown through the unit. Manager offered excellent advice on dining options and tourist attractions. Manager went out of his way to be helpful.
