A perfect spot to kick back on the covered verandah and watch the sun set over the rolling hills. We stayed in the studio, which is the verandah-side part of an old worker's cottage. It's a bit larger than tiny-house size - simply furnished but with everything you need - but with a huge bathroom (with glorious free-standing bathtub!) added. The peace and quiet, the sense of privacy (without isolation), and the stunning bush/agricultural setting was the highlight. Short-ish walk - short drive - into the heart of Armidale. Great sunbathing spot for the dog on the verandah, with lots of birds, lizards and roos to sniff. We'll be keen to visit again.

It was so cosy on a cold day, bed was extremely comfortable, it was amazingly fitted out with kitchen requirements for a compact space. Would definitely stay again.
