Excellent location, handy to CBD, supermarket and public buses. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings, good bedding and bed, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and sunny clothes line. Good reverse cycle sir conditioning for summer and winter. Exceptionally good communication with owner.
