The room was clean and had everything you’d expect for a short stay. The location was great - easy walking distance to everything in central Armidale. The only downside was the heating: the central system wasn’t on, and the older aircon unit was quite noisy.

Stayed two nights as had personal appointments in Armidale. Water pressure excellent. showers hot. Beds and pillows excellent. Free drink offered upon check in. Room had basic essentials and fridge. Was perfect for one person staying.

Super clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable beds and everything worked as it should. The complimentary drink on arrival was an added old school surprise bonus!
