Room was large and pleasant. Good if you're just passing through and don't want to go into Armidale itself. Lady at reception was lovely and offered a free bit of homebaked slice to take to the room. Bed was comfortable.

The property was beautiful and the room was very spacious with ensuite, seperate toilet and kitchenette as you walk into it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and made check in comfortable and check out very easy.

Room was well furnished and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the country side outside your sliding door windows. Was lovely waking up to see the duck foraging for food in the morning. The shower was perfect and important as I was sick as a dog with the flu the whole time there.
