The fine print
Please note, the Cancellation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows:
-Cancellation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancellation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking.Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this. The club can be contacted directly on 028 3752 7952This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. Disappointed with the bacon and soda farls as they where all dried up. Should have asked for fresh will do again.
