Pros: - great geographic location. View towards the sea with even a little bit of sea-view from the house location. No houses obstruct the view towards the valley in front of the house. - Outside area is spacious with separated area (pool 8x4m, coal-barbecue and seating area with pavilion) - Landlord was very friendly and if you had issues tried to help you instantly - Kitchen suitable for 6 guests. Huge refrigerator. New oven. - 1st floor rooms (2 bathrooms + 3 double rooms, one with AC) are big enough for comfort. Good to know: - Owners two dogs run free in the area using the green in front of the house as their loo (sometimes the terrace too) - The pool was frequently cleaned by ourselves. Then the quality was acceptable - There is animal farming located in the valley in front of the house. Lots of sheep and shepherd-dogs. So even at night a lot of barking and animal noises. More flies than other locations. - Moderate amount of mosquitoes - You definitely need a car (or you can walk about 45 min to the beach)

It's location was good, and the villa was a very good size. The bbq area was great, and plentiful parking.
