The staff was very helpful and responsive. The room was small but comfortable. After hours access was a hassle. Parking was a problem because the hotel parking was full during our entire stay.

A really nice hotel, in the historical center of Arles, the staff was really helpful, the room was nice and clean.

The hotel is located at the beginning of the old town, therefore if you are pulling luggage from the Arles train station to the hotel, you should choose this hotel as this is the nearest hotel from the train station (in the old town). There is a supermarket just outside the old town (about 50m from the hotel) which make it very convenient to buy grocery if you stay at this hotel. The hotel is also very near to the location at which Vincent Van Gogh painted the famous drawing "Starry Night at Rhone River". Room size is ok, can fit in 2 big suitcases. Staffs are very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is very good with variety of food.
