location perfect didn't have breakfast so can't comment staff very good and communication excellent easy to find and ski locker provided lift to upper floors very good value for money near to bars and lifts

We stayed here for a couple of days and had a fantastic experience overall. The location is perfect, situated right next to the gondola, a local supermarket, and several great restaurants. One of the highlights was the amazing view out the back, looking across the stream and straight up the mountain. The Check-in Experience A quick heads-up for future guests: when I arrived, the reception on-site was closed. After waiting about 30 minutes, I checked my messages and realized the check-in is actually handled at a sister hotel about 200 meters away. Once I headed over there to collect the keys, everything went smoothly. The staff were great—very helpful and welcoming!

The proximity to the gondola, it was very clean, comfortable and had all the equipment we needed to self cater.
