Bonus was the new hot tub just installed on the roof terrace In a quiet location but handy to visit the rest of the island Promenade 5 minutes from the apartment Street parking outside the building, if full free car park opposite

The property exceeded our expectations, everything was new and spotlessly clean. Kitchen was new and fully equiped. The bathroom was fresh and clean. Bedsheets and towels was changed every five days. Parking places in front of the house or in the special parking 20 meters from entry door. Arinaga beach is at three-four minutes walk from the buildning. Restaurants, pharmacy and groceries att max 5 minutes walk. The host is very friendly and customer oriented, gave us a lot of tips about the island.
