After booking, you will receive payment instructions from DBU Hotel & Kursuscenter. Please note that pre-authorisation with a hold on your credit card is required to validate your reservation. The amount will be charged after check-out.For check-in outside regular opening hours, a code is sent via email and SMS on the day before arrival. There will be an envelope with guests' name in the reception area. Check-in is open from 14:00.

We arrived very late and was assigned how to self-checkin. Had some minor issues but the staff was available on an emergency line. Much appreciated.
