Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is a historic hotel from the 70s, and represents a unique piece of Arezzo history.

The location is fantastic, easy to walk to a wide range of restaurants, shops etc. I chose this hotel for its proximity to my school. The staff are very helpful and friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was lovely.

Excellent value. The hotel is run by the original family. It is on the edge of the historic center near the station. However, it is not the elegant historic building some would be seeking, but is a 1960s decor hotel that has been very well maintained. The owners and staff were accommodating for my bike. The owners are also cyclists and can advise on routing.

Wonderful breakfast. Great location, just a few minutes away from the train and bus terminal. Very clean good bathroom, wc. and shower. Comfortable! Staff offered me free hot drinking water!
