This is a wonderful B&B, great location, caring owner, clean, good break fast and excellent value for your money. I look forward to my next trip back to Arezzo.

Very central location, lovely staff on site for check in and breakfast. Clean and spacious room with good storage. Amazing views of arezzo from the balcony on the roof where you can bring your own wine to drink and watch the sunset. You can use the glasses and bottle openers that are available in the shared area. Which was great we didn't need to buy anything extra. You can also have breakfast on the balcony in the morning, breakfast has a variety of food available and coffee. Great way to start the day.

I stayed once before and was determined to return. it is lovely with a terrace view of Arezzo that is enchanting. The people who run it are very nice and I will go back provided I can get in.
