The place was well located and the host Angelo and his staff welcomed me well. The place was very clean and spacious and had a lovely outlook to the town of Arezzo. I was staying there during the weekend of the Antique fair and this place is great reach/ distance for this event.

I liked the fact that even if I got to the bar late for breakfast the staff still found some snacks for me to eat because he saw I was a nursing mom with a baby and they were so friendly and kind. Also loved the fact that it was so close to the train station just 5minutes from the train station.

Perfectly situated in the town centre and only 250 metres from the railway station. You cannot get lost finding it. On the 4th floor of this shared building there is a lift to the 3rd floor and a short flight of stairs to the 4th. Very good value for money. As a solo traveller I still got a double, spacious room.
