Being met off train, terrific location - quiet but just round the corner from breakfast cafe , Piazza Grande and the Piero della Francescas. But able to walk straight into countryside from Park on the walls.. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen.

Great location. The apartment had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very clean. Very responsive host. True that you hear people in the street below but it did not bother us.

The host, Maurizio, is very nice and helpful! He was so kind to help us reach the apartment with his car, as we had a lot of luggage. He explained us what sightseeing attractions there are in Arezzo, where to eat really good and suggested attractions around the city and the region. Toscana is beautiful to travel around by car. Excellent host, thank you again!
