We had stayed a the property before - around 12 years ago. Lovely spacious bedroom with lots of character and a large communal area. All very clean. We were met by Maurizio who had offered to collect us from our car park just outside the cental area. He described the places to visit and eating options. Breakfast coffee/cornetto in the main square which was perfect

Spacious, clean, comfortable room and bathroom in a cosy, quiet apartment. Superb, central location to visit Arezzo's attractions. Host Maurizio is very knowledgeable about Arezzo and can give great tips on sites to see and places to eat at.

Maurizio was very communicative and helpful, picking me up from the car-hire office. The B&B is comfortable, with an excellent central location, and the cafe for breakfast had the best home-made croissants,

Very comfortable and very clean b&b. Ideally located in the middle of centro storico but surprisingly quiet. Also not far from the railway station,we walked both ways. Our lovely spacious bedroom was very well equipped ( in the bedroom :fridge, kettle,good choice of herb teas etc ) and in the ( quirky) common room a coffee maker and cool water dispenser+ lots of useful maps and tourist info leaflets. What we also really loved was the place round the corner where we were sent for breakfast with a token to exchange. This café / pasticeria ( "Borgo S. Piero" ) is sooo nice and authentic ,with a great choice of pastries/ cakes and the owners ever so kind and friendly.
