ideal location for the airport, staff were great. we had no cash to pay the taxi so they sorted that for us and allowed us to pay on card. nice clean and tidy room with very comfy bed

Just one word. Wow. We stayed in El mirador for 12 days, 11 more than we expected, due to the protests, the airport being closed and some bad luck with canceled flights. Well we couldn't have asked for a better stay during this period. First, the place is great, the wifi is good, the bed and pillows are great, the shower is good, but the hostess was the real shine. She was amazing in all regards. After our phone stopped working, we could borrow her phone to call our airline in a hurry. We got a free excellent breakfast because of our flight troubles and they were very kind overall, offering help were possible. Thank you very much for making a bad time so much better!
