Place is actually super quiet! Sure it is totally run down but it is far more quiet than places at 5x the cost. So if you are not afraid of paint pealing from everything then this is a good place to stay and rest. Quiet.

The service is excellent, I arrived early in the morning and they welcomed me, I waited at reception and when a room became free they cleaned it and let me enter well before check-in without paying more, I was able to wash my clothes at a good price and it was ready the same day, they sold me a tour at a good price and it was excellent, the hostel is very close to everything, it is easy to walk to the city, I felt great!

The place is nice, the staff is very friendly, the owner is very patient and always willing to help, it has a basic but functional kitchen, clean bathrooms with hot water at all times, I went trekking and they kept my backpacks for several days without paying anything and they let me use the bathrooms and wait until my travel time, they even called me a taxi since I was no longer a guest because my check out was 2 days before, excellent!
