Extremely friendly family who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay . Food (both breakfast and dinner) was delicious and substantial . Room and bathroom were very clean and there is an above bed light which is useful. Pressure in washbasin was weak but shower worked well. Unsheet should be bigger as it did not totally cover the mattress and was rather uncomfortable. , I

An experience in itself, LiViTi easily became one of our fondest memories in Armenia: staying there felt more like being at home than at a guesthouse in a foreign country. Run by a super sweet family, our room was nice and tidy, the breakfast delicious and we also chose to have our dinner there - boy, that was the best meal I had during our trip! And it was also accompanied by some beautiful Armenian and international songs with guitar by one of the family menbers. I hope we can go back!

Everything was perfect, Gohar the owner was so kind to me since I arrived😊 She made a delicious breakfast all for me and I also ask her to prepare a real traditional dinner, basically it was my best dinner in Armenia so far. The cost of the dinner is nothing compared to the experience I lived in a real Armenian family. Gohar with his family runs this guesthouse with heart and passion, trust me if you are in the surroundings LiViTi is the right choice 🫶🇦🇲
