The fine print
The resort fee is a Club Card which includes access to the sport facilities, entertainment activities, beach service with parasols and sun loungers (upon availability).The Club card is mandatory from 30/05 to 27/09 included, at a cost of € 7,00 per person, per day for adults and children above 3 years old.In other periods soft entertainment.This fee is not payable for children under 3 years.Payment of total booking is required on arrival.Please note that access to the wellness and fitness centres is available on request and at an additional cost.The poolside pizzeria requires reservation.When booking a half board or full board option, drinks are included at the main buffet restaurant.Children aged 12 and under are not allowed in the wellness centre.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The resort is very beautiful, well maintained. Facilities are excellent, enjoyed Aqua aerobics, entertainment at night, friendly helpful staff, the very tastefully designed houses, no high rise buildings, pools are gorgeous.

Excellent location, all very well maintained and clean. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet (although we did stay during low season). Quality of food on offer is really good for a buffet, and there's a lot of choice. There are two pools and the lovely, sandy beach can be reached on foot (5-10 minutes) or by a free train shuttle. Beautiful vegetation and flowers all around. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Little to no use of plastic, which is great. Very cheap daily shuttle service to Siracusa/Ortigia is a plus!

The nature around, both beaches are beautiful and you can walk the entire distance between them (the entire circuit has 1.6km and I recommand to see the sunrise). The complex is nice itself, it is enough space for anybody. I recomand the end of the season (end of september), there are not so many people, but the temperatures of the air and water are very pleasant. Food: morning croissants are excellent, the evening red wine is ok.
