The location is excellent! Close to the city center and the trail of the river vez. But a quiet location. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

The accommodation was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well situated - walking distance to many good restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool snack bar's sandwiches were good and the chill out area there is also nice. We lived by the pool and it was lovely - nice loungers and umbrellas.

The room was clean and the breakfast full of options. You will also find a lot of restaurants around the city, close to the hotel.

The cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was perfectly located for our short visit to the beautiful Arcos de Valdevez. We were there for a personal celebration and were greeted with a lovely surprise by the hotel. Would we book again? Absolutely!!
