Being in a home from home. The apartment was lovely and just what we needed for 2 and equipped will all appliances. The owners Jesus and Rosaria are lovely and Garry who helps them as they don't speak English was friendly and helpful also. Calheta is a great part of the island and the apartment was very close to the harbour, beach and many restaurants.

Upon our arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a jar of dried bananas and some bananas in the fruit basket. This was a very pleasant surprise mainly because we arrived very late at night and weren't able to purchase anything for the breakfast. Other than that the whole apartment was great. The variety of appliances they had was a astonishing too. There was a blender, sandwich maker, capsule coffee machine, well working air conditioner, a hair dryer and other. Moreover there were small and big lunch boxes which came in handy for packing some sandwiches before going hiking. Also the leaflets to activities and busses were useful as well.

This is a very good place to stay in Madeira. The apartment is very comfy and stylish. There is everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything for cooking as well as a coffee machine and a dishwasher. The room is really spacious and you can enjoy incredible views from the balcony! The host was nice and provided us with some useful information regarding all the interesting spots in Calheta.
