The hotel's Terms Of Stay must be signed – no exceptions will be made. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 3 nights.

Adam the manager was helpful and friendly.very appealing property and surrounds. Love being so close to the hotel and dining . loved all the activities that goes on at night. Toad races the best and the trivia night

The location is just perfect, with a pub and restaurant in the same complex. Two swimming pools to choose from, and right across the road from the beach. Bus stops were very close too, as was a newsagency. And the price was very good.

Lovely view and very clean room. The pools are great and the food at the cafe/bar next door is delicious.
