We stayed beginning of October and had apt 20. It was a sunny balcony on the second floor with a great bed and quiet garden view. I would highly recommend this property. Close to the restaurants and short drive to the beach which was one of our favourites of the trip. Beach is in walking distance if you’re not carrying anything. Pool area was lovely although we prefer the beach.

Our villa and the entire property itself was amazing - beautiful, well-kept, and calm. Pool area was clean and definitely on its own worth the stay and holiday. Staff were also insanely nice and excellent with communication, especially around weird check-in and check-out times like ours. Tucked away in a very peaceful part of Arbatax but close enough to the port and Rocce Rosse

It was a very quiet area, but you can walk to the small town. Grocery shopping, restaurants are within walking distance. We spend the day in the natural park by boat and this was very easy as we could leave our car at the hotel and walk to the harbour, we highly recommend to do this! The pool was great and enough sun beds for everyone.
