A gem of a place. Period building in an amazing location on top of a hill. Need a car, of course, but we can't praise this enough. Two bedrooms, one toilet, one bath-toilet. Good heating and hot water. Compact but good shower. Well-equipped kitchen. Hosts were just amazing, such lovely people. A bit of an uphill walk, about 50 yards, from the car park. The whole location and setting are beautiful, to be experienced. Complimentary bottle of wine as well! Please make sure you get the address right. Free, ample car parking. Two wood-fired heaters in the home along with central heating, was nice and warm in peak winter time.

Lovely old restored house in a very quiet rural location with lovely views.You definitely need a car to reach the property .Its approximately 15 min drive to nearest supermarket in Pescia. We liked the comfy beds and extra blankets were provided when we asked as it was cold at night in October We didn't meet the owner but she was very helpful and responded quickly via WhatsApp We enjoyed our stay
