It's actually the last possibility to stay, that means a quite long walk (that can be challenging during high tide, especially in the night) vs. very calm, spacious veranda and the lake (no salty water!) around the corner. Owners are friendly and helpful. I managed to loose my key and we were searching through the big replacement box together and finally found another one.
