Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. We asked for recommendations for a local dog-walk and bar and were directed to a great park a few minutes walk away. We walked along the river to a great bar and had an excellent meal at La Bottega Bar and Grill (also dog friendly and highly recommended).

Nice modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I prolonged my stay. Breakfast crew was nicer every fellowing morning, which gave a cosy feeling at the end of my stay. Hotel is a bit out of town, but centre is 30min on foot or 3 tram stops away. Tramway right in the front of hotel. Try to book a room not facing the big front road. Good value for money.
