The staff was amazing specially Miss Salma who was extremely helpful and friendly .she gave us a lot of advices on where to go and what to do and handled all our reservatuons special thanks to Salma. The pool was beautiful and so clean thanks to Mr Rakan , and the service was so good. The whole staff in the hotel was really so helpful and friendly not to forget Mr. Marwan who took a special care of our room and Mr. Mohammad also was so kind and helpful .We were very happy so we extended another two nights .thank you Oryx hotel and staff will see you soon.

I would like to thank the hotel management for their care and warm welcome, and the staff for their courtesy, kindness, and attentiveness. I would especially like to thank the General Manager of the hotel for the unique and thoughtful gesture of hospitality and welcome, as well as Mr. Mohammed Obeid, Mr. Ahmed Haddad, and the whole reception team. It was really a wonderful and very pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel was truly excellent. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and offers a comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me the most was the wonderful staff. At the reception, Mr. Mohamed Sameeh was extremely professional, respectful, and welcoming. Mr. Suwar, the shuttle bus driver, was very kind and helpful. The housekeeping team, especially Mr. Marwan and Mr. Jamal, did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. And let’s not forget the restaurant staff, who provided excellent service and delicious food. Thanks to all of them, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
