The staff were very helpful and welcoming Receptionist hanin and Amani they were very friendly Manager Mr Mohammad hmoud was checking many times to ensure that everything is okay Chefs Mr Mohammad Mousa and chef omar alreyati and chef morzaq they kept checking everytime and asked for food quality Life guards Ghanem nassar and Amer dghemat were very kind and professional Thank you for spending great time sure I will come back again Highly recommended hotel 🏨

We went for breakfast to Mövenpick in Petra a couple of days ago (staying in a different hotel) and really loved the buffet and the atmosphere there. Ibrahim, the food manager in Petra, was so friendly and helpful, that we came again the next morning. The best decision on a really cold day. After this delicious breakfast we did not feel the cold at all. 😊 After this great experience when we looked for a place to stay in Aqaba our first choice was of course Mövenpick. We loved everything there: the friendly staff, the nice rooms, the delicious food, the perfect location, the beach. Just everything. We did not have a single bad experience. Everyone at the reception, in the restaurant or even at the car park greeted us with a warm smile and tried to fulfil every wish we had. There is nothing anyone could have done better. When in Petra or Aqaba choose Mövenpick! You‘ll love it. Hundert percent guarantee. 😊😊

Communication with the reception prior to our arrival was exceptional. We had contact with the check in staff via WhatsApp and so could keep them updated about our exact arrival time. Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade to a suite to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
