Good day,,, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the hotel staff for their outstanding cooperation and warm hospitality. Our stay was truly exceptional, and the hotel exceeded all expectations. A special thanks goes to the amazing duty manager, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Shamali, for his exceptional care and attention to every detail during our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure both my mother and I were comfortable and well taken care of. I wish him continued success and all the best in his career.
