Great location, right on the quay. Ate breakfast every day standing at the lounge window watching the world pass by. Despite location being on one of the main roads around Appledore, it was very quiet . Very spacious property, larger in area than expected.

Location was excellent with a lovely view over the estuary. Views at the front of the property were amazing, especially at high tide. Facilities were very good with nice touches left such as milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, laundry tabs. Very nicely furnished.

Beautiful decor, super comfy, homely and stylish with everything you could wish for, a view to die for,2hich we missed when we got home. What a gem of a place.
