The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, with convenient connections to both Bolzano Bozen and Bolzano Sud. Set amidst nature and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and meadows, the location offers fresh air and a peaceful environment. We were also provided with a guest pass that allowed us to use all public transport in the region for free throughout our stay, which was incredibly helpful. Bicycles were available for guests, and we used them to explore nearby spots like Lago di Monticolo. The apartment also had great recreational facilities, including table tennis tables and rackets, badminton equipment, and a football, which kept us entertained for hours. The lawn on the ground floor was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with friends and family. Another big advantage is that the owner lives on the same property, so whenever we needed assistance, they were always readily available. Overall, our experience at the apartment was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay near Bolzano.

Barbara was an exceptional host for this property. It was clean quiet and comfortable. It offered secure, under cover parking and a wonderful outlook. It had every appliance you could need, including a washing machine. Close to a supermarket and public transport, a perfect base to explore the area around Bolzano.
