Marvelous! The property is like new. You can tell there was a lot of attention to detail put in the entirety of the property and villa - from kitchen and living area, to bedrooms, wardrobes, bathrooms (I loved them) and the pool and outside area. This place received a lot of love 💙 . If you’re looking to release your stress and connect with nature, don’t hesitate to book. Thank you Marina for hosting us! My family was in vila Theodosia and we really enjoyed our stay. The house has anything you need to have a relaxing stay - the private pool and the barbeque surraunded by a quiet forest makes you chill. The house and the outdor are very clean. The location is very quiet and secluded but in 3 km away you have supermarkets and 10 minutes drive leads you to the town and many nice restaurants and bars. Marina is the most dedicated and warm-hearted host, and her mission is to make her guests feel like home and have a really good vacation.

Perfect location, close to the city by car and quiet. The house has every equipment you need. The yard and the pool is perfect for relaxation. Marina is an amzing host, very welcoming and responsive.
