Great location, easy walk to the beach (not swimming section though, bit of a longer walk to swim). Easy walk into town. Worked fine with the dogs, small yard on the side of the house. Layout worked well with 4 adults all wanting own rooms. Kitchen was good. Beautiful views especially at sunset and sunrise. Nice to sit out on the upstairs veranda.
