Grounds are well kept. Rooms were cleaned daily. Lovely hotel beach bar Beach at the hotel is very private and safe for swimming. Beautiful views Very close to all that's going on in Ao nang.

We we're upgraded to a private pool villa for three nights which was great. The room & bathroom was beautiful. The resort is perfectly located & the staff are friendly, The breakfast included is very good.

The room was ideal. The upstairs location was a bit far from the restaurant, but worked out.

The tropical pool villa was fantastic although unfortunately the pool was very dirty. Sand and grit in it and some mould on the walls. They cleaned it on day 3 of our 5 day stay and then it was great. On arrival 10 minutes before Check in time they told us we were too early and to go and sit down.. didn’t approach us so I finally went back to the desk and they said the bellboy will be with us shortly.. we ended up saying please just direct us to the villa as we were exhausted . We were pleasantly happy with the villa. All in all we enjoyed our stay but the whole place could use a really good clean especially the shower. I would recommend it but if you aren’t happy with cleaning get them straight on to it
