Location and space: Location is spot on. Very quiet but easily accessible to shopping street. The property is sprawling..so spacious! We stayed at the 4th floor, in rooms 402 and 403. Both had a shower and bathtub. The tub is only for soaking not for showering(no shower head above). In case you have 2 people who needed to shower at the same time separately. Breakfast: Area was well organised, good breakfast spread but taste was nothing fantastic. Note that ham/sausage/bacon are all chicken, not pork. There are many staff just idling around, couldn't be bothered to clear used plates. Pool: This is the one redeeming quality of this property. Pool was very clean and long enough to do proper laps.

2 great pools. if the big pool with the bar is too crowed or too much noise there is a quiet emerald pool that i dont think many knew about

1.Staff name Anas were exceptional. 2. All FO Staff were super friendly also. 3. We got family suite, room were spacious.Very clean. 4. Location were 10/10. Privacy come first. Not loud at night. 7 Eleven just 3minute away walking distance. Other shops around 5minutes walking. 15minutes walking can reach Ao Nang Downtown Market.

The hotel staff are polite. And the swimming pool is spacious and beautiful. Price is reasonable. It's worth going for a vacation.
